  • When will I receive my certificate?

Certificates are immediately auto-generated when you complete 100% of the course, and can be downloaded from your student dashboard in PDF format. If you cannot retrieve your certificate, contact the Director.

  • Can I pay for someone else to take the class?

Yes, absolutely. You can gift the class by paying for the course fee, but allowing someone else to access the content and receive a certificate. In this case, you will create a sign up account and pay for the class as usual. But, do not enter the class! Instead, forward your payment receipt to the Director's email address along with a note that includes the first name, last name and email address of the person who will actually enroll in the class. The Director will manually enroll the student, which means they will have direct access to the course content without paying the fee, because you have already paid for them. Contact the Director for further guidance.

  • Why am I seeing a "welcome back, sign in before purchase” message?

At some point, you probably signed up for a free preview and the system recognizes your email address. You have two options to bypass this message and continue with your purchase: 1) Clear your browsing data. Use your current system recognized email address and try to reset your password. –OR– 2) First, clear your browsing data. Refresh the course landing page and retry your purchase. When you get to the payment screen, use a different email address and a different password. If you can use a different computer or a mobile device, this will also help to totally clear any previous visits. This way, you won't get that welcome message and you can pay as normal.
