  • Is there a time limit on enrollment?

Most classes for individual users come with lifetime access. If not, please note the class duration and complete the course before the expiration date (if any).

  • Why are there no refunds?

Our courses have taken copious amounts of time and personal finances to build. We are confident that all of our courses deliver the exact instruction you need to improve your writing skills. Yes, absolutely. You can gift the class by paying for the fee, but allowing someone else to complete the course. In this case, you will click the “Buy” button on the course landing page, and pay for the class as usual. But, do not enter the class! Ignore the welcome message in your inbox. Instead, forward your payment receipt to the Director's email address along with a note that includes the first name, last name, and email address of the person who will actually enroll in the class. The Director will manually enroll the student, which means they will have direct access to the course content without paying the fee, because you have already paid for them. Contact the Director for further guidance.

  • Why am I seeing a "welcome back, sign in before purchase” message?

At some point, you probably signed up for a free preview and the system recognizes your email address. You have two options to bypass this message and continue with your purchase: 1) Clear your browsing data. Use your current system recognized email address and try to reset your password. –OR– 2) First, clear your browsing data. Refresh the course landing page and retry your purchase. When you get to the payment screen, use a different email address and a different password. If you can use a different computer or a mobile device, this will also help to totally clear any previous visits. This way, you won't get that welcome message and you can pay as normal.
